The Russian tennis school where you don’t play a tournament for 3 years. That is the old-school apprentice style of artistic training. Imagine if i had done that? I would have had a real grounding in art. I would have drawn and sculpted for years (and I would have been bored to death maybe). I didn’t want to do that because I didn’t think I had time. But the this urgency was destructive, it was a mistake as its not how things work, and it meant that I never had a base, there was nothing underneath and when my artistic progression and career didn’t turn out as I hoped for, I had no base skills, nowhere to land, no simple activity on which to rebuild my practice and I temporally gave up.

I did the same and continue to do it with trading. I don’t want to learn the technique, I just want to be able to do it. So traded without knowing anything and even now I am so resistant to learning PA and I don’t do it.
